RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You can return all articles purchased from the MYVSJ.COM Online Shop within 30 days of receipt. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Return/exchange broken or defective item(s):  You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note that articles must be completely returned to us with their original packaging. This should protect the goods to be returned against damage during transport.

For the purpose of continually improving our service and offerings, it is particularly important that you provide us with the reason why you are returning the goods. Please note that postal returns can take several days and that we require a certain amount of time to process returns.

Please send the articles as a registered letter to the following address and keep the dispatch receipts for any potential queries. The direct costs for returning the goods are borne by you.

Note : To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made.

 

WARRANTY

We provide all items come with a 2-month (60 days) warranty. During this period you can either return your item(s) for a replacement. Get a repair, or make an exchange.

If you ever lose an gemstone from your jewelry or your setting is ever damage during normal wear , Voon Silver Jewellery will repair the piece or replace the lost stone with one of similar quality at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover damage to jewelry other than what is considered normal wear. For all warranty claims, you must send the piece back to Voon Silver Jewellery along with your original purchase receipt. If you experience a manufacturing defect or another problem with your item during this period, please contact us to discuss your replacement and exchange options.
